Energy Commercialization Assistant

As an Energy Commercialization Assistant, you will be at the heart of commercial operations. You will support negotiations, contracts, and relationships that drive the business forward. Your work will have a direct impact on the area’s results.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare energy sales proposals and contracts, monitoring negotiations in accordance with power sector regulations and company policies.
- Register and monitor energy purchase and sale agreements in both the regulated and free energy markets.
- Support contract billing calculations, including energy prices, regulated tariffs, and applicable taxes.
- Collect signatures and organize documents such as NDAs, MOUs, and contracts, ensuring the proper flow of information between departments.
- Participate in energy auctions and energy trading processes, obtaining documentation and completing registrations on customer platforms.
- Contribute to the enhancement of systems, proposal templates, and internal processes within the commercialization area.
- Support and train interns in routine operational activities, such as data entry and proposal submission.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma required; a degree in Applied Social Sciences, Exact Sciences, or related fields is considered an advantage.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer applications, including spreadsheets, presentations, word processing, and email.
- Basic understanding of the Brazilian electricity market, including both regulated and free contracting environments.
- Intermediate English proficiency for reading and communication.
- Organized profile with strong document and process management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with different areas of the company.
- Interest in understanding the power sector and a willingness to continuously learn.
