Administrative Assistant II – Affirmative Position for People with Disabilities (PwD)

We have an affirmative opportunity for a Person with a Disability who wishes to work at the administrative core of our operations. You will be a key player in ensuring that processes run with organization, agility, and efficiency, directly supporting management and ENGIE Brasil Energia teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Perform administrative activities to support different areas, ensuring organization and adherence to deadlines.
  • Organize corporate travel logistics, including bookings, ticket issuance, accommodation, and expense reporting.
  • Arrange payments to suppliers and register tax documents in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Manage the flow of documents and correspondence, ensuring proper control, classification, and filing.
  • Support management’s agenda by organizing meetings, welcoming visitors, and coordinating agendas and information.
  • Provide support to employees, clients, and internal and external suppliers with high-quality service.
  • Control office supplies inventory and monitor the budget for materials and services of the unit.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma (required). Higher education in Applied Social Sciences or Exact Sciences is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of integrated management systems and administrative routines.
  • Proficiency in computer tools: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and email.
  • Experience with contract management and customer service techniques.
  • Organized, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
  • Good interpersonal communication and ability to build trust with different stakeholders.
  • Basic English will be considered a plus.
