As a Finance Systems & Process Specialist, you will play a central role in strengthening Tractebel’s financial governance by improving data quality, system integration, and process efficiency across the Finance Information Management landscape.

  • You will support day-to-day system operations while driving structural improvements in SAP, SAC, and BFC to ensure our financial reporting remains accurate, timely, and aligned with ENGIE Group requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You maintain and update financial reporting systems (SAC, SAP, BFC) to ensure accurate data structures, tagging, and alignment with organizational changes.
  • You troubleshoot reporting issues, perform data quality checks, and ensure complete and timely publication of monthly and quarterly reports.
  • You identify inefficient financial processes and drive automation to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
  • You define and implement governance for system adaptations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with ENGIE standards.
  • You automate reconciliation processes and develop dashboards/cockpits that improve visibility, error detection, and performance monitoring.
  • You coordinate technical alignment between BFC, SAC, SAP4, and other tools to ensure consistency across systems.
  • You support Finance in harmonizing closing calendars, strengthening data governance and streamlining reporting workflows.
  • You contribute to future transformation initiatives, including SAC reporting migration, process alignment, ERP readiness, and Group-level analyses.

We Would Love to Hear from People With

  • Mandatory expertise in SAP FI/CO, BW, SAC, BFC, and financial reporting systems.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance systems management, controlling, or financial process improvement.
  • A deep understanding of financial processes, including budgeting cycles, closing workflows, and SG&A reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple, understandable way.
  • High analytical capabilities, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to identifying problems and improvements.
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, engaging effectively with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, being solution-oriented, action-driven, and comfortable in international, multi-business environments.
  • Analytical, structured, and quality-driven
