As a Finance Performance Analyst, you will shape how we measure and improve our Finance operations. You will turn data into decisions and help build a culture of continuous improvement across our Order-to-Cash, Invoice-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes.

 

 

- Define, maintain, and evolve Finance KPIs across O2C, I2P, and R2R processes to drive operational excellence.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for Performance, Operations, and IT teams.

- Build and maintain the KPI repository, data dictionaries, and methodological documentation.

- Identify opportunities to optimize Finance processes and recommend concrete improvement actions.

- Contribute to Finance transformation and digitalization initiatives across the Group.

- Collaborate with stakeholders in workshops and governance forums to align performance objectives.

- Support user acceptance testing and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

 

 

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Control, or a related discipline.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in operational accounting, Finance performance, or process management.

- Proven track record in defining, monitoring, or improving Finance KPIs.

- Strong knowledge of O2C, I2P, and R2R processes and ERP environments such as SAP.

- Proficiency in Excel and ideally BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP BO.

- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and written communication skills.

- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.

 

 

Bucharest, Romania. This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement in line with company policy. Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs.
