Maintenance Supervisor (Affirmative Position for Women)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure plant availability and reliability.
• Lead and develop maintenance teams by setting goals, creating action plans, and monitoring performance indicators.
• Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled equipment outages, including resource allocation, team assignments, and timeline management.
• Manage maintenance budgets and contracts, optimize costs, and oversee the procurement of materials and spare parts.
• Develop technical specifications, review documentation, and approve vendor service proposals.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all maintenance operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce failures, prevent recurrence, and enhance equipment performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Technical degree or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of plant equipment, systems, maintenance methods, and diagnostic techniques.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership within industrial maintenance environments.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and environmental management standards.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and technical documentation tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of integrated management systems and standard office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Basic English is considered an advantage.
