Maintenance Supervisor (Affirmative Position for Women)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure plant availability and reliability.
- Lead and develop maintenance teams by setting goals, creating action plans, and monitoring performance indicators.
- Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled equipment outages, including resource allocation, team assignments, and timeline management.
- Manage maintenance budgets and contracts, optimize costs, and oversee the procurement of materials and spare parts.
- Develop technical specifications, review documentation, and approve vendor service proposals.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all maintenance operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce failures, prevent recurrence, and enhance equipment performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Technical degree or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of plant equipment, systems, maintenance methods, and diagnostic techniques.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership within industrial maintenance environments.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and environmental management standards.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and technical documentation tools.
- Intermediate knowledge of integrated management systems and standard office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Basic English is considered an advantage.
