 JOB PURPOSE:

Assigned the task to carry out with full accuracy and provide the better service in time frame under Facility Management.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical assistance to the project team at all times and constantly involve in all site activities.

Lead the maintenance team at site, manage the project equipment.

Make sure the all the project equipment maintained properly.

Conduct technical training to project team.

Executing street lighting project including installation of luminaires, Node modules, gateways high masts operation, feeder pillar, etc.

Responsible for coordinating and monitoring overall field maintenance activities.

Assure maintenance/ projects are completed in compliance with drawings and specifications, within schedule & allocated budget.

Preparation of material submittal, RFIs, & Follow up the approval with the consultants.

Preparation of As Built drawing & Follow up the approval with the Consultants.

Prepare and maintain procurement schedule & data base of all electrical material & equipment being utilized in the site.

Routine inspection of project site

Ensure that manpower, equipment and materials are properly utilized.

Ensure implementation of company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree/Diploma in Electrical engineering.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

5 years of experience in Admin.

Good written and spoken English
