Role:
Within the Finance & Operations of GEMS Romania, you will play a key role in supporting the transformation of the desk. After a training on the operations, you will:
• Analyse and challenge the processes with the ambition to simplify / smooth them while maintaining a high level of operational excellence;
• Accompany the activities automation where relevant and make proposal to monitor thoroughly the automated tasks
• Develop data sets and dashboards allowing the team to automate the closing process.
• In collaboration with the IS Finance teams, assess the Group solutions and perform the gap analysis for the solution implementation.


Profile:

• Master degree in financial markets, IT
• Working together: share information easily and be open for others contribution.
• You support change, starting by being curious about the existing.
• You have excellent communication skills, and you are able to keep stakeholders informed and you dare to challenge them or push back when needed.
• Fluent in English. Additional languages (French, Romanian) are of value.
• Proficiency in Python or VBA and Microsoft Power BI.
