We’re inviting expressions of interest for future opportunities for Analysts to join ENGIE’s retail energy operations. These opportunities provide hands‑on exposure to commercial analytics, supporting senior leaders with data‑driven insights and contributing to real business decisions.

Opportunities will sit across ENGIE’s Retail business, partnering with teams such as:
- Commercial
- Customer Experience & Operations
- Marketing
- Digital
The role works closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders, contributing analysis and insights that inform business decisions.
Role snapshot
As an Analyst in Retail, you’ll:
- Analyse customer, pricing, usage and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support senior leaders with structured analysis, modelling and fact‑based decision support
- Translate analytical insights into clear, practical recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders
This role is intended as a supporting and capability‑building position, contributing within an established commercial framework.
What we’re looking for
We’re interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong analytical foundations and motivation to work in a customer‑focused, commercial environment.
Quantitative and analytical capability
- A degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Science, Data Analytics, Arts, Communications or a related discipline
- Evidence of comfort with numbers, logic and structured problem solving through study, projects, case work or professional experience
Data literacy and tool readiness
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Exposure to SQL, BI tools, Python or R, demonstrated through coursework, academic projects or hands‑on experience
Clear, structured communication
- Ability to explain analysis and recommendations in a clear and logical way
- Confidence communicating insights to non‑technical stakeholders using data and visual storytelling
Motivation and commercial curiosity
- Genuine interest in ENGIE, our purpose and the energy sector
- Evidence of having taken the time to understand our business, customers or market context
