As a Document Controller within our GBU Networks, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our documentation systems, directly contributing to our mission of accelerating the transition towards a carbon-neutral world.
Summary of what you will do
- Establish and maintain a robust Document Control System, ensuring easy accessibility and proper storage of all documents
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline document distribution and adherence to guidelines
- Implement consistent naming and numbering conventions for project documents
- Manage the lifecycle of documents, including registration, issuance, filing, and archiving
- Train and support team members on Document Control System usage and processes
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information
What you will bring to the role
- An experienced Document Controller with proficiency in electronic document management systems
- Skilled in SharePoint and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of ISO standards, particularly 9001 (QMS) and 14001 (EMS)
- Excellent attention to detail with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resilient and adaptable, capable of thriving under pressure
- Commercially aware with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
