Position Mission: Ensure compliance with the relevant policies and procedures of the risk management area (risk measurement & collections) through the implementation of controls, analysis, and monitoring, guaranteeing the correct measurement, billing, and collection from the Regional clients.
Your Impact: As Revenue Administration Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:
Implementation of controls that ensure operational activities are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures established by the Group. These activities are illustrative but not limited to; taking meter readings and delivering invoices to all registered active customers. Effective collection of charges generated by customers in the region (residential, commercial, and industrial).
Assist the Measurement Coordinator and the Collection Coordinator in supervising and controlling the contractor and business partners of the various services of meter reading and bill delivery, disconnections and reconnections, meter removals and reconnections, extrajudicial collection, and collection agents, respectively, to achieve the established objectives.
Ensure the timely delivery of information regarding the Estimation of Minor Users, as well as the corresponding provisions for the various outsourced services. (Meter Reading, Invoice Delivery, Collection Agents, Service Cuts, and Reconnections)
Development of strategies that allow maintaining a portfolio within the limits established by the Group (Risk Mandate),
Ensure the follow-up and timely attention to cases related to Zero Consumption, Reading Estimates, Reading Corrections, RADIX Clients (Internal Meter), Rebellious Clients (Meter and/or internal connection), as well as ensure the disconnection of delinquent clients.
Supervise and ensure the payment of commissions to collection agents and banks, the proper management and control of meters for reuse, and the validation of information for supplier billing for payment.
Requirements: To join our team as Revenue Administration Manager, we are looking for:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 5 years of experience in the same field.
 - Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel, accounting and collections knowledge, handling of overdue accounts; desirable knowledge in Data Science and familiarity with NOM 02 and NOM 03.
 - Key Competencies: Leadership, customer focus, service attitude, proactivity, sense of urgency, team integration, planning, organization, conflict management, assertiveness, effective communication, analytical, innovative, adaptability.
 - Languages: Intermediate English
