Role Mission:

Manage residential, commercial, and industrial projects administratively, technically, and financially, applying project management methodology and ensuring compliance with established rules, policies, and procedures. Coordinate and consolidate information from the permits, projects, construction, and engineering teams to ensure efficient planning, execution, and monitoring.

Your Impact:

As Project Management Officer, you will directly contribute to the area’s objectives by taking part in key activities such as:
Coordinating through working meetings with the teams to ensure that projects in the development and construction phases meet the standards established by the organization on time and properly.

Consolidating and managing the technical documentation of projects in the development and construction phases to ensure that the project is properly documented until its completion.

Working together with the construction team in the administration and delivery of technical reports (PEG, Work, statistical, quarterly) that are submitted to the CRE, ASEA, and corporate authorities.

Standardize the documents for project management, establishing methodologies and tools for project management.


Manage the area's indicators for their monthly executive presentation.


Monitor MIA and ARSH projects in conjunction with the engineering areas, developing advanced project management methodologies, data analysis, digital tools, and regulatory processes applicable to the energy sector.

Requirements:

Education and experience:

  • Civil Engineer, Architect, Mechanical Engineer, or related
  • 4 years of experience developing industrial construction projects and general project management.
  • Languages: intermediate
