Position Mission: Ensure the integrity, reliability, and safety of natural gas transportation systems through the implementation and monitoring of the Pipeline Integrity Management Program (PIM), complying with national and international regulations.
Your Impact: As Pipeline Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:
Design, implement, and maintain the Pipeline Integrity Management Program (PIMP).
Coordinate internal inspections (ILI), hydrostatic tests, and direct assessments.
Analyze integrity data and generate risk mitigation plans.
Supervise cathodic protection systems and corrosion control.
Ensure compliance with regulations: ASME B31.8S, API RP 1160, NOM-009-ASEA-2017.
Lead internal and external audits related to pipeline integrity.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and specialized contractors.
Requirements: To join our team as Pipeline Manager, we are looking for:
- Education and Experience: Mechanical, Civil, Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years in operation, maintenance, or integrity of pipelines, including inspection and repair projects.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of applicable ASME, API, NACE, and NOM standards. Experience in internal inspection (ILI), NDT, and hydrostatic testing. Data management and use of GIS software, integrity tools, and predictive analysis. Cathodic protection and stress corrosion cracking (SCC) mitigation.
- Key Competencies: NACE CP Specialist (Cathodic Protection), Certification in Pipeline Integrity Management (ASME/API), Courses in Risk Assessment and Reliability
- Languages: Intermediate English
