Your mission

As Electrical Engineer, you will provide technical expertise in design and field engineering, ensuring electrical systems meet project requirements and standards across all phases.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in electrical design and field engineering throughout all project phases, from planning to commissioning.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, budgets, schedules, and commissioning reports, ensuring compliance with required standards.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide technical guidance to client operations teams, defining and validating electrical design requirements aligned with regional and owner standards.
  • Address engineering requests, resolve technical issues, and support project-specific challenges in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies and adapt designs to local standards and project specifications.
  • Ensure quality assurance and control procedures are followed, supporting vendors and overseeing testing and commissioning activities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in industrial or critical infrastructure projects (GIS substations, data centers, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, laboratory, power, water, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of GIS & AIS substations, HV, MV, and LV systems, electrical distribution, UPS, ATS, PMS, PCU, RPPs, busducts, and diesel generators.
  • Knowledge of Chilean electrical standards and regulations.
  • Solid technical expertise in electrical systems for large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within complex engineering environments.
  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in hyperscale data centers or mission-critical projects (preferred).
  • Ability to work on-site in a construction environment.
