Our goal is to develop the future leaders of finance. Designed for high‑potential graduates, the program accelerates your development within a global energy leader committed to a carbon‑neutral future.

 

You will have access to diverse roles such as Business Controlling, Financial Valuation, Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Consolidation, Performance Management, or Process/System Transformation.

 

You will be supported by an experienced manager who encourages growth, autonomy, and confidence. A dedicated program team ensures regular follow‑up to nurture your development.

 

After 18–24 months, and based on your performance and aspirations, you will build your next career step within finance — possibly in a new function, country, or business area.

 

Upon joining ENGIE, you will connect with a community of fellow graduates, benefit from continuous learning, and gain exposure to senior finance leaders and key strategic activities across the Group.

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Result orientation: You are eager to deliver meaningful and visible outcomes.
  • Leadership potential: You demonstrate influence, ownership, and initiative in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
  • Resilience & agility: You navigate change with confidence and adaptability.
  • Business curiosity: You want to understand how value is created and how finance drives performance.
  • Proactivity: You take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Analytical rigor: You enjoy structured thinking and working with complex data.
  • Communication skills: You can make financial insights accessible and engaging for all stakeholders. You speak fluently  English and French, for some roles fluent Dutch is also necessary.

 

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

 

  • Short pre-screener conversation in teams with the Talent Acquisition Partner 
  • HR  in-depth interview on-site / in teams with the Talent Acquisition Partner
  • 1h online questionnaires on motivation and personality and abstract reasoning exercises
  • Interview  & Business case with Finance leadership
