- Supervise and lead a team of pool cleaning, water treatment, and maintenance technicians.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to technicians to ensure effective completion of pool maintenance services.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on proper pool cleaning techniques, water treatment procedures, and safety protocols.

- Ensure all daily technical reports are always issued and available in accordance with requirements.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to pool equipment, plumbing systems, filtration systems, and water treatment systems.
- Supervise or directly handle the repair of malfunctioning pool systems and equipment.
- Ensure all necessary repairs are completed promptly to minimize pool downtime and ensure safety.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, including pool water quality standards and safety procedures.
- Regularly inspect pools for safety hazards, including checking pool drains, ladders, and general pool condition.

- Develop and maintain schedules for pool cleaning, water treatment, and maintenance services to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule pool servicing and ensure minimal disruption to their usage.
- Ensure that the team adheres to established schedules for pool inspections, cleanings, and chemical treatments.

- Order necessary supplies to ensure the team has everything needed to perform pool cleaning and maintenance duties.

- The role holder will need to be extremely organized and self-motivated.
- Proven experience in pool cleaning, maintenance, and water treatment, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of pool systems, including plumbing, filtration, heating, and water treatment methods.
- In-depth understanding of pool water chemistry and safe chemical handling practices.
- Ability to manage and lead a team, providing training and support to technicians.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to clients.
