The Site Manager is responsible for the management of the MEP / CIVIL services and shall ensure support

- Hires, trains, conduct performance evaluations, and direct the workflow for the staff. This position is also accountable for participating in the development and implementation of goals and objectives.
- Ensures all goals and objectives are met timely and effectively. Maintains appropriate staffing levels, use of overtime and meets productivity goals. Works to assure compliance with ongoing continuing education requirements for self and staff.
- Develops plans, prioritizes and directs overall department work assignments to site facilities
managers and department staff members. Provides leadership and directs the work of all department staff. Acts as a role model, teaches and mentors staff in appropriate, efficient department operations.
- Ensures the safe, efficient and effective operation of department related services. Manages the
department to keep within budget. Directs and oversees department personnel on departmental budgetary development, planning and management for budgetary control, cost projections, and feasibility for all related activities and projects. Manages and oversees the daily work activities of the department. Directs, guides and mentors department managers and support staff in the performance of their duties.
- Interacts and collaborates extensively with system and facility senior leadership and facility
department managers with the implementation of system, facility and departmental initiatives, needs and goals. Leads and implements initiatives related to system.
- Identifies, develops, implements and monitor customer satisfaction, customer safety and department
management plans.
- Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation
requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of CBFM with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and evert day
Operational Responsibilities:
- Implement service level agreements for all Facilities Management Services
- Monitor the account budget and ensure that all services are provided within the allocated budget
without jeopardizing the required standard of installation.
- Financially evaluate the services provided and suggest ways for revenue generation
- Develop and monitor service level key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure all services are carried out to customer satisfaction
- Ensure the company quality assurance and health and safety procedures are implemented effectively
- As a part of the senior team for the project, advise the General Manager on all Facilities Management Services.
Customer Relations:
- Represent the company at regular meetings with the client and other authorities.
- Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for
service improvement.
- Manage customers' expectations through clear communication and transparent work attitude
- Implement and monitor business procedures and development
Communications:
- Establish clear lines of authority and responsibilities throughout your team.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are available and are implemented by your team.
- Monitor the implementation of such procedures and suggest improvements when required.
- Develop clear understanding with service providers in terms of contract service level agreements,
- quality of personnel, and availability of resources.
Financial:
- Implement regular formal meetings with your subordinates and supply chain to ensure they have a
clear understanding of duties and business requirements.
- Implement the company's commercial agreements to ensure that all contracts are managed efficiently
and within budget expectations.
- Ensure that all commercial documentation is managed effectively prior to processing. Quality
Assurance.
Others:
- Coordinate with the CBFM, QHSE manager to ensure compliance at all times during service delivery.
- Monitor the quality of the service provider's personnel and ensure that it is as per the contract service
- level agreement and they have the correct skills and qualifications.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is in place and is aligned with the company quality assurance
- system.
- Work closely with the company senior management team to identify and implement innovations that
- will enhance operational efficiencies and profit.
QHSE
