HR Business Partner – GCC
Role Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the GCC acts as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to ENGIE business leaders across the region. The role drives ENGIE’s people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and cultural transformation while ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.
Reporting Line
Reports to: CHRO GCC & IMEA
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Translate business priorities into effective people strategies.
- Deliver strategic insights on workforce planning, organization design, succession, and capability building.
Talent & Performance
- Lead annual performance & talent cycles.
- Develop succession plans and identify high‑potential talent.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive strategic hiring and DEI objectives.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Promote ENGIE’s purpose, values, and leadership model.
- Lead wellbeing and engagement programs.
- Strengthen diverse, equitable, and inclusive people processes.
Employee Relations & Policy Governance
- Manage complex ER cases across GCC jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and ENGIE policies.
Organizational Development & Change
- Support transformation programs and restructuring.
- Drive continuous improvement and modern ways of working.
HR Operations
- Oversee onboarding, mobility, compensation cycles, and governance.
- Partner with COEs and HR Shared Services for seamless HR delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in HR or related field.
- 5–8 years HRBP experience in multinational or matrixed environments.
- Solid understanding of GCC labour regulations.
