Position Purpose
The Digital Transformation & AI Manager will lead ENGIE UAE’s digital evolution by driving strategic initiatives across AI adoption, business process digitalization, ERP S/4HANA‑related transformation, data analytics, automation, and change management. This role ensures alignment with ENGIE’s global digital strategy while enabling business teams to accelerate performance, efficiency, and innovation within the Energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation:
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of digital transformation initiatives across ENGIE UAE.
- Align all projects with global and regional digital strategies
- Drive business process optimization using modern technologies and best practices.
AI, Data & Analytics:
- Lead AI adoption initiatives (GenAI, predictive analytics, automation).
- Oversee Power Platform implementations (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Drive analytics maturity using Power BI and advanced reporting models. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Execute structured change management plans.
- Engage senior stakeholders for alignment and sponsorship.
- Conduct workshops, training, and digital culture initiatives.
Technology Advancement & Innovation:
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the Energy sector.
- Manage pilots, PoCs, and deployments. Governance, Compliance & Project Delivery:
- Ensure project alignment with governance, cybersecurity, and data compliance. - Maintain documentation, KPIs, and budget tracking.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and other teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years in digital transformation, AI, analytics, or technology leadership.
- Energy/Utilities sector experience is highly preferred.
Technical Competencies:
- Power Platform, Power BI, ERP S/4HANA awareness, AI/Automation, data governance.
- Awareness of OT and Site level Digitalisation is a plus Behavioral
