YOUR CHALLENGE as a Building & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician (M/F/X):

• You manage the planning, execution and follow-up of both simple and complex scaffolding and insulation works in our technical facilities.
• You organize the site logistics for overhauls. For this, you determine the necessary additional infrastructure such as arc sheds, container villages, site equipment, etc.
• You are familiar with facility management activities. Thus you are responsible for the maintenance and management of buildings as well as technical installations such as air conditioners, ventilation systems, boilers, etc.
• You manage and provide maintenance and inspections for site vehicles, forklifts, aerial work platforms as well as tools and safety equipment on the various sites. 
• You follow up on contractors and provide the necessary administrative handling of the work.
• You work mainly from the headquarters in Drogenbos, but the other sites in the Brussels region (Vilvoorde and Schaarbeek) are also regularly visited.

YOUR PROFILE as a Building & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician (M/F/X):

• You are willing to travel within the different plants region of Brussels. Your own car and driving license is a must. 
• You have a technical secondary diploma or are equivalent through experience.
• You are willing to take additional training in scaffolding construction, lifting and hoisting equipment, etc. 
• You enjoy being in contact with other people.
• You are organized and can work independently.
• You speak Dutch well or are willing to learn within 1 year with support from ENGIE. You speak Dutch well or are willing to learn this within a period of 1 year with support from ENGIE.
