YOUR CHALLENGE as a Building & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician: 

• You will manage the planning, execution and follow-up of both simple and complex scaffolding and insulation works in our technical facilities.

• You organise site logistics during overhauls. For this, you determine the necessary additional infrastructure such as arch sheds, container villages, site equipment, etc.
• You are familiar with facility management activities. For example, you will be responsible for the maintenance and management of buildings as well as technical installations such as air conditioners, ventilation systems, boilers, etc.

• You will manage and provide maintenance and inspections for site vehicles, forklifts, aerial work platforms as well as for tools and safety equipment at the various sites. 
• You will follow up with contractors and provide the necessary administrative handling of the work.
   

YOUR PROFILE as a Building & Infrastructure Maintenance Technician: 

• You hold a technical secondary diploma or are equivalent through experience.
• You are willing to travel within the different plants region of Brussels. Having your own car and driving licence is a must for this. 
• You are willing to take additional training on scaffold construction, lifting and hoisting equipment,... 
• You enjoy being in contact with other people.
• You are organised and can work independently.
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and are not afraid to speak to our contractors in English or French.
