We are looking for three Project Document Controllers to join our Refurbishment Project team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our project documentation, ensuring information flows seamlessly between teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Your work will directly support project delivery and quality standards.

Summary of what you will do

  • Prepare documentation for meetings, site visits, and project communications, including minute taking and action tracking.
  • Support KPI monitoring and reporting by gathering data and feeding information into the project reporting system.
  • Deliver training on the Document Management System to project team members and other document controllers across the business.
  • Liaise with contractors, the project manager, and cross-functional teams to maintain core project documents such as risk registers and management plans.
  • Champion document control best practices and conduct audits to ensure adherence to agreed standards and processes.

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven experience in document control and management systems within industrial or engineering environments.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including Office and Project, and experience with Electronic Document Management Systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising at all levels internally and externally.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a can-do attitude and high degree of responsibility and discretion.
  • Experience working in a power station, engineering operations, or similar technical project environment.
  • Desirable: ONC or equivalent in an Engineering or Commercial discipline, or a Project Management qualification.

Location

These are on-site roles based at our operational facility at Dinorwig, however some flexibility may be required to support our facility at Ffestiniog if required.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package reflecting your experience and expertise.
  • A diverse range of missions within a major refurbishment project, keeping your work stimulating and varied.
  • Career development opportunities within ENGIE's global Renewables business, including training and professional growth.
  • A friendly, collaborative work environment where your contribution is valued and recognised.
