About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Coordinator to help deliver engaging and seamless digital experiences across our website and ecommerce channels. You'll work closely with brand, marketing and digital teams to bring campaigns to life, optimise website performance and support the ongoing evolution of our customer experience. This role operates in a hybrid work environment, with team members attending the office 3 days per week.

Manage and maintain website content, landing pages and digital assets through CMS platforms.

Partner with brand and marketing teams to implement digital campaigns and promotional content.

Build and enhance website components and pages to improve customer engagement and conversion.

Support ecommerce initiatives and contribute to the optimisation of online customer journeys.

Apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility, traffic and website performance.

Contribute to conversion optimisation initiatives by supporting testing, analysis, and implementation of improvements.

Monitor digital performance and provide insights using analytics tools to support continuous improvement.

Manages stakeholder relationships to support the successful delivery of digital projects, initiatives, and business outcomes.
About You
You're a hands-on digital professional who enjoys combining website management, digital design and customer experience. You'll bring a strong understanding of web content, digital platforms and ecommerce, along with the ability to work collaboratively across marketing, brand and digital teams.

Demonstrated experience in digital coordination, UI/UX design, website management, digital content, ecommerce or digital experience roles.

Strong capability using CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Optimizely, Drupal or similar

Digital design knowledge with experience using tools such as Figma.

Solid understanding of SEO principles and their application to website content, structure and performance.

Proven ability to update, optimise and launch web pages, landing pages and digital campaign content.

Experience in a customer-focused digital environment, with knowledge of web analytics, performance reporting, and tools such as Google Analytics, is highly desirable
