Deputy Lead Qx
Your mission
We are currently looking for a Deputy Lead QX (Commissioning) to join a long-term project in the Mons region. You will support the Lead QA/Qx on a major international project and progressively take ownership of Qx activities on defined scopes while remaining under the overall responsibility of the Lead QA/Qx. This role offers a strong opportunity for professional growth within a large-scale, multi-year project environment.
As Deputy Lead QX, you will play a key role in the implementation, coordination, and follow-up of Commissioning (Qx) activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as the primary Qx point of contact for assigned packages or areas, ensuring compliance with project requirements, procedures, and client expectations, under the supervision of the Lead QA/Qx.

Your key responsibilities
• Support the Lead QA/Qx in the overall management of QA/Qx activities on the project
• Take the Qx lead on specific projects, packages, or scopes, under the responsibility of the Lead QA/Qx
• Ensure Qx procedures, plans, and processes are correctly implemented on site
• Coordinate Qx documentation, inspections, tests, and commissioning records
• Review, prepare, and manage Qx reports and dashboards
• Issue weekly and monthly Qx reports to the client
• Ensure reporting is accurate, complete, consistent, and delivered on time
• Interface with construction, commissioning, subcontractors, and client teams
• Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews
• Promote quality culture and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) requirements
Who you are
• Qualification in commissioning
• Medior-with relevant level experience in QX roles
• Proven site experience, preferably within contracting or construction companies
• Experience on data center projects is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of quality processes
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) standards
• Fluent in English (project working language)
• Well-organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work autonomously while reporting to the Lead QA/Qx
