Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination, the organization, the monitoring, control and execution of all operation & maintenance. Responsible for day to day operation & maintenance on the utility plant at customers site, within the scheduled timeframe and in compliance with statutory, company, customer HSE regulations & policies
- Coordinate, contribute for proposing technical improvements to the superior for the utility plant performances, HSE processes, contingencies and emergency plans involving Utility Plant.
- Plan, coordinate, monito and troubleshoot hands-on for the overall accurate utility plant metering system and instrumentation maintenance, accuracy calibration activities and the corresponding quality records for any measuring tool, instrument, sensor and gauges.
- Organize, collect, and ensure proper update of historical records for the HSE performances, for the utility plant technical information, for the production/ consumption data, measures and performances, for the O&M supervision, control, and Data Acquisition (SCADA), remote control systems, Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) or any other required recording reporting tools.
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Chargemen A1-A4 (PJ3-PJ4) certification/ Welding certification/ Control system & Instrument experience would be an added advantage.
- 3 Years experience in the field of coordination and execution of operation & maintenance of mechanical & electrical systems, air conditioning ventilation, chilled water, hot water, steam, boilers, heat pumps, compressed air production, distribution systems.
- Familiar with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Microsoft office (Excel, word, outlook)
- Having valid driving license and willing to travel as and when required
