Responsibilities:
You will be a part of a diverse, upbeat, and creative team tasked with solving fascinating problems constructing Data Centers. The role will support the project team on a fast moving project. You will be interacted with General Contractor's, Client, Vendors and Consultants to ensure all aspects of the project are completed on time and within the SOW.
- Own project scope, quality, safety, schedule for construction.
- To liaise with Project Manager on all quality issues.
- To assist the Project Manager in implementing quality practices at site.
- To conduct QC inspections on-site to ensure that the construction aligns with the BIM model and that no clashes are present on-site.
- To follow through on all NCRs and complaints as directed by the QA/QC Manager.
- To submit supplier’s catalogue and shop drawings to the Client through ACC and Procore for Client review and approval.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.
- Attend meetings as required to ensure the compliance with the overall project standards, procedures and requirements.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or discrepancies to the Safety Engineer / Project Manager.
- Assist with punch list items and final inspections.
- Assist in as-built drawings and documentation preparations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in engineering related or equivalent.
- 2 – 3 years of relevant Quality Control / Coordinator experience.
- Knowledge of reporting, quality inspection, and supervise workers.
- Proficient in computer Microsoft office and planning tools (e.g. MS Project)
