We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team in day-to-day activities across customer sites. This internship offers valuable exposure to mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems, utility plant operations, service quality management, procurement, compliance, and technical reporting.
If you’re eager to gain exposure to O&M best practices across complex infrastructure and facility systems, understand real-world application of KPIs, SLAs, compliance, and health-safety-environment (HSE) standards, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Support site visit coordination and assist in collecting technical, legal, and financial data related to customers' Utility Plant & Facilities (UPF).
- Assist in preparing equipment surveying documentation and updating relevant databases.
- Participate in tracking service delivery activities (e.g., testing, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown handling) and maintaining service logs in line with SLA & KPI metrics.
- Help update and monitor O&M data systems such as CMMS, SCADA, and performance reports.
- Assist in procurement coordination (e.g., materials, tools, spare parts) and documentation of purchase requests or follow-ups.
- Support the compilation of monthly site service reports and ensure timely submission to internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to financial monitoring of operational expenses versus budget, and assist with variance analysis.
- Aid in reviewing service quality and preparing improvement proposals or documentation related to emergency plans and technical upgrades.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical or commercial field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Able to commit for at least 3 months internship period, preferably 6 months
