Job Responsibilities:

• Professional written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are imperative to success in this position.
• Work closely with team members actively participate in the design and advancement of electrical systems for data center projects
• Possess experienced / knowledge in electrical design and an understanding of electrical equipment such as switch gear, UPS, transformer, switchboard, etc.
• Excellent teamwork skills and communication skill
• Ensuring all techniques, procedures, and designs meet appropriate compliance standards
• Providing input over the design and development of equipment designs as they progress through the design process
• Ability to read, interpret and understand the engineering documents such as P&IDs, Single Line Diagram (SLD), Layout diagram and others project engineering related documents or procedures.
• Provide direct support to vendors & suppliers, and construction sites to ensure project schedules are met, resolve anomalies, and streamline operations to improve efficiency.
• Develops design improvements that reduce cost and risk and/or improve performance and/or reliability.
• Support and participate the installation and testing of mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Possess a willingness to function in multiple job roles simultaneously.
• Responsible in working together with the various disciplines for smooth execution of projects.
• Willingness to work at construction site to provide engineering support to the construction team.
• Compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental policies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 – 4 years working experience in relevant Electrical Engineering
• Register as a Graduate Engineer with the Board of Engineering Malaysia.
• Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft office
• Fast leaner and able to work in a team
