Responsibilities
- Create and update 3D models and drawings using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and others
- Perform clash detection and coordination of BIM models using Navisworks or other software
- Produce 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models using Revit or other software
- Maintain BIM standards, workflows and processes
- Coordinate with other departments to capture and incorporate requirements
- Audit BIM models and data to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements
- Keep up to date with the latest BIM technologies and best practices
- Develop design options from high level technical input
- Explore new technologies and solutions to enhance our digital information and project delivery capabilities
- Manage asset data within the Asset Information Model (AIM)
Requirements
- Diploma/Certification in BIM software such as Revit, Naviswork etc.
- At least 3-5 years experience in BIM modelling.
- Proficiency in creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings
