Responsibilities

• Create and update 3D models and drawings using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and others
• Perform clash detection and coordination of BIM models using Navisworks or other software
• Produce 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models using Revit or other software
• Maintain BIM standards, workflows and processes
• Coordinate with other departments to capture and incorporate requirements
• Audit BIM models and data to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements
• Keep up to date with the latest BIM technologies and best practices
• Develop design options from high level technical input
• Explore new technologies and solutions to enhance our digital information and project delivery capabilities
• Manage asset data within the Asset Information Model (AIM)

Requirements

• Diploma/Certification in BIM software such as Revit, Naviswork etc. 
• At least 3-5 years experience in BIM modelling.
• Proficiency in creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings
