Portfolio management

 

Daily management and supervision of the scoring tool.

Workflow management of credit events, providing decisions within the delegation.

Credit assessment, when necessary.

Negotiation of credit clauses in collaboration with the legal department, when necessary.

 

Portfolio Reporting & Monitoring

 

Monthly reporting of the B2B portfolio.

Monitoring of limit and indicators assigned to the B2B activity.

Management & monitoring of the portfolio guarantees and insurance.

Monitoring of the consistency of the scoring tool.

Late Payment Monitoring.

 

Insurance

 

Coordination with the Insurer to maintain the portfolio coverage.

Effective communication to the Insurer of any change in payment terms.

Manage claims against insurer.

Manage relationship with insurer and broker, when necessary.

 

Digitalization

 

Contribute to the scoring/insurance tools set-up and integration with local systems.

Coordination with local and external IT for potential upgrades according to S&EM policy.

 

Contribute to the team duty tasks

 

Support any ad-hoc project, if necessary

Participation in Risk Committees

Contribution to the team tasks related to the S&EM credit portfolio
