Context:
ENGIE is investing in the future with innovative offers to drive the decarbonization movement:
24/7: Delivering carbon-free electricity every hour of the day by aligning renewable generation with consumption in real time. This approach combines solar, wind, hydro, and storage technologies to provide transparent, verifiable green energy and support sustainability goals.
Flex: Offering flexibility services that help customers optimize energy use and maintain grid stability. Through demand response and storage solutions, Flex ensures reliability while integrating intermittent renewables.
Role:
As Team Lead 24/7 & Flex – Sales & Customers IS, you will join the Sales & Customers IS Delivery Center and lead a small, agile development team. Your mission will include:
- Designing and implementing sales and marketing tools to promote new 24/7 & Flex offers.
- Developing pricing tools that support competitive and transparent commercial strategies.
- Rolling out a customer portal that provides real-time visibility into the greenness of their energy mix.
- Acting as a business partner, leveraging your market understanding to mature the 24/7 & flex concepts, and ensure alignment with customer needs and sustainability objectives.
This role combines technical leadership with strategic vision, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams.
Hard skills:
- Energy Market Knowledge: Understanding of renewable energy, flexibility solutions, and carbon-free electricity concepts.
- Data & Analytics: Ability to design tools that integrate data visualization, pricing algorithms, and performance tracking.
- Tooling & Platforms: Familiarity with CRM systems, customer portals, and modern development frameworks (e.g., API-driven architectures).
- Continuous Improvement: Experience implementing process improvements and leveraging digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Soft skills:
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide a team toward ambitious goals.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial dynamics and customer-centric thinking.

Education and professional background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:

- Prior experience developing customer portals
Languages:
- English as a working language [Mandatory]
- French [Recommended]
Travels:
- Occasional travels to Brussels
