Trainee in communication for international project deployment (H/F)

– 6 months internship from now on

ENGIE has embarked in an ambitious transformation program named GET, which aims at harmonizing current processes and IT tools in Finance, Procurement, Business, Operations & Maintenance.

This program, which extends over several years, concerns 30 countries over 5 continents. It requires an industrialized deployment methodology associated with sustained support to the rolling out entities.

We are looking for a passionate communication trainee to help our dedicated team build, market and distribute this deployment methodology in countries all over the world. Your will join a friendly multi-cultural and multi-language dynamic team located at the ENGIE Headquarters, Tour T1 in Paris La Défense.

Your missions in our senior project management team will be :

• Build clear and attractive presentations to explain the deployment methodology for different communication purposes : country awareness, project teams’ onboarding,
• Propose and implement a way to organize documentation for easy access and research on SharePoint
• Participate in the implementation of the communication plan for the deployment methodology and tools.

We expect you as soon as possible, for a 6 months period.

Ideally, your profile ticks the following boxes :
- you are currently preparing a master in communication or in project management,

- you are totally comfortable with the Microsoft office suite tools such as PowerPoint and Teams; a thorough knowledge of Teams data base and documents management would be an asset

- you have excellent communication abilities, in speaking and in writing, with a team player mind and very good interpersonal skills

- you are fluent in English; another European language would be highly appreciated
