With a view to harmonization, ENGIE has embarked on a major program to transform its support functions (Finance, Purchasing) and business processes, as well as its IT tools. This project, which extends over several years, concerns all the group's entities in France and abroad and requires sustained support for the transformation.


To implement this support, a team in charge of change management has been set up at the central level of the program. This team, headed by an Adoption Lead under the responsibility of the Program Director, is in charge of the strategy, implementation and proper execution of the change management plan for all Group entities concerned.


To reinforce this team and deploy the change management plan within the entities in France, starting with the ENGIE Solutions France pilot, we are looking to recruit a "France Adoption Lead" who will actively contribute to the success of this major transformation project.

Reporting to the Adoption Lead, the France Adoption Lead is fully integrated into the entity and is in charge of different missions:


1.           Change management strategy

- Define and adapt the change management strategy for ESF, based on the guiding principles defined at the central level,
- Map and animate the local network of adoption ambassadors (including key users),


2.           Change readiness

- Evaluate and manage the preparation for change with the entity's stakeholders,
- Manage the analysis of the impact of the new processes on the different populations,
- Industrialize the change management system within France.


3.           Execution of the change management

- Adapt the change management plan to the needs of the entity and drive the adoption actions at the local level
- Define and adapt key communication messages, in conjunction with the program Communication Lead
- Deploy communication materials,
- Organize and lead change management workshops with ESF management,
- Manage teams of service providers in charge of supporting the change management process.


4.           Monitoring and reporting

- Capture the main risks and define a corresponding action plan,
- Propose reporting indicators in line with those identified at the central level,
- Prepare reporting elements for the Program Management and the ESF Management, in order to present the progress and possible arbitration needs


To perform these tasks and accelerate the adoption of the transformation in a complex and diverse organization, the France Adoption Lead must be able to communicate with both senior management and operational populations, demonstrating synthesis, leadership and persuasion skills.

He/she will be able to make proposals throughout the life cycle of the program deployment at ESF, in co-construction with the directors, project teams and service providers.

Evolving in a changing environment, he/she must be comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous and demonstrate qualities of flexibility and adaptability, with a strong team spirit to build trusting and long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Experience in change management and project management is essential, as well as fluency in English. Operational experience as well as knowledge in finance and/or purchasing would be highly appreciated.

Finally, travel in France is to be expected.
