-
Translate commercial ideas into concrete roadmaps with milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
-
Drive the onboarding of new products, clients, or processes, coordinating with Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and IT.
-
Manage relationships with external stakeholders (exchanges, counterparties, service providers, regulators).
-
Establish and lead project governance (steering committees, reporting, risk management).
-
Act as the central point of contact, ensuring alignment between sponsors and enabling teams.
-
Provide clear, structured reporting to senior management on project progress, risks, and achievements.
Key Skills & Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
-
3–6 years of experience in business development, project management, or consulting within energy markets, financial trading, or commodities.
-
Strong knowledge of sales & trading processes and their supporting functions.
-
Familiarity with energy transition products (renewables, green gases, carbon solutions) is a strong asset.
-
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
-
Excellent organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong communication and presentation skills, with ease in engaging senior stakeholders.
-
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project); knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMP) is a plus.
What We Offer
-
The chance to contribute directly to the energy transition and help B2B clients achieve their decarbonization goals.
-
Exposure to front-office business development in highly dynamic energy markets.
-
A role combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
-
Strong visibility with Sales & Trading leadership and senior management.
-
An international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment where your impact will be recognized.
Why join us?
-
Directly contribute to building the carbon markets of tomorrow.
