Apprenticeship : Project Implementation Support (Bac+4/Bac+5/Engineering)
Are you passionate about supporting the energy transition and eager to gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic, international environment? The Networks Global Business Unit (N-GBU) invites applications for an apprenticeship contract (alternance) offering a unique opportunity to work alongside the Project Implementation Director and Head of Projects on key initiatives, to monitor and support the N-GBU's main projects worldwide. Primary tasks will be to support the deployment of the ENGIE project management tool across our diverse entities and projects and to ensure that good practices are shared.The objective is to contribute to building the project community skills .

The Apprenticeship Role: Your Mission
As a Project Assistant for Project Implementation, you will be fully integrated into the Operations, Performance & Projects Department (OPP) at the N-GBU Headquarters. Under the direct supervision of the Project Implementation Director, you will play an essential role to support project and assisting the deployment and adoption of the PROCORE tool—which aims to standardize and enhance project management processes throughout our organization, both in France and internationally.
- Act as a key support to the Project Implementation Director, contributing to the successful rollout and integration of the PROCORE project management software selected by ENGIE within various N-GBU entities and project teams.
- Accompany local entities and project leaders in understanding, adopting, and optimizing the use of PROCORE, ensuring a seamless transition and fostering a collaborative approach.
- Assist in the monitoring and reporting of project progress, budget, schedule and risk assessments, to inform Top management. Support in consolidating project reporting at the GBU level, providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive operational excellence.
- Help ensure that the group’s guidelines, methods, and tools for project management are effectively communicated, understood, and applied across all levels of the organization.
- Participate in workshops, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage best practices and continuous improvement in project management culture.
- Promote collaboration and exchange of good practices among project managers in different countries and entities. Assist in identifying opportunities for optimization and proposing improvements to existing processes, tools, and frameworks.

Throughout this apprenticeship, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of project management in a complex, matrixed, and multicultural and international environment. You will:
- Gain hands-on experience with the implementation and optimization of a leading project management tool (PROCORE) at scale.
- Develop your project monitoring, coordination, and reporting skills, learning how to manage and analyze KPIs in real business contexts.
- Build your capacity to support change management, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools.
- Immerse yourself in the operational realities of electricity and gas networks, contributing to projects that have a direct impact on the energy transition.
- Join a network of experienced project managers and experts dedicated to innovation, performance, and sustainable growth.
Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated apprentice in her/his final years of study (Bac+4/Bac+5 or engineering school), with a strong interest in project management, digital transformation, and the energy sector.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) or enrolled in an engineering school, preferably with a focus on project management, industrial engineering, energy systems, or similar domains.
- Strong interest in digital tools and process improvement; prior experience with project management tools or software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team environment.
- Analytical and pragmatic mindset, keen to identify and solve problems efficiently.
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Fluency in English and French is required; Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
