JD for Gujarat state representative # Corporate affairs/stakeholder management:

 

  1. Maintaining the positive relationship with stakeholders through appropriate management of expectations and objectives, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
  2. Managing and developing relationships with external stakeholders by delivering value, consistency, quality, and reliability in communications and collaborations
  3. Developing alliances and interactions with trade associations and key strategic stakeholders, including local authorities and government agencies.
  4. Supporting corporate communications efforts, branding, and stakeholder outreach.
  5. Monitoring key industry events and, ensuring ENGIE’s participation at appropriate levels to enhance visibility and influence.
  6. Planning and coordinating major events and high-level engagements, including those involving ENGIE senior management and senior government officials in Gujarat.
  7. Providing insights on industry and market developments, including policy and regulatory updates to advocate for favourable outcomes in Gujarat
  8. Supporting business development, Regulatory, project construction, land, ESG and CSR teams ensuring alignment with ENGIE’s strategy and objectives.
  9. Analysis of Regulations, Guidelines, Policies, Important order, etc. in Gujarat to derive meaningful insights & actionable for higher management
  10. Support in Policy Advocacy, legal & regulatory on filing petitions with appropriate authority.
