What You Can Expect
Perform deal closing process, contract validation process, and contract setup process.
- Validate Energy Contracts prior to mailing/emailing to end customers within the established SLAs
- Escalate discrepancies to the Sales, using email, phone calls and issue tracking system, relying on knowledge of the Validation proces
- High School Diploma
- 2-5 years of retail energy experience, experience dealing with sales staff and end use customers, preferably related to contract mangement
- Intermediate to advanced navigation skills to use Microsoft Office products required. Primary daily use of Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with possible overtime and heavy multi-tasking
- Ability to recognize and make recommendation regarding new technology applications that result in some or all the following:
- reduce process costs,
- improve throughput,
- improve company profitability,
- and improve overall customer satisfaction
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
