Position Mission: Ensure the efficient execution, normatively aligned and financially sound of the infrastructure projects of the Regional, through comprehensive supervision of the construction processes, timely capitalization of costs, compliance with regulatory requirements (CRE, ASEA), and timely delivery of technical reports, thus ensuring the quality, traceability, and sustainability of the operations.

Your Impact: As Construction Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:

Supervise and ensure compliance with the construction processes through effective project management, making sure that each stage is executed according to the established technical, regulatory, and safety standards, in order to deliver quality projects on time.

Requirements: To join our team as Construction Manager, we are looking for:

  • Education and Experience: Civil or Mechanical Engineer, with 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Technical Skills: Construction Project Management, Regulations and Compliance, Project Capitalization, Quality Control and Safety, Management of Regulatory Reports, Management of Payments and Contracts, Digital ToolsKey
  • Competencies: Leadership and team management, effective communication, analytical thinking and problem solving, results orientation, organization and time management, adaptability and change management, negotiation and relationship management.
  • Languages: Intermediate
