CFE Contract Analyst

Role Objective:  Reporting to the External Compliance Manager, the CFE Contract Analyst is responsible for supporting activities related to the requirements and obligations of the commercial relationship (PDA/TSA) with ENGIE's main client for the Cuxtal II Project, which is the CFE (Comisión Federal de Electricidad)

 

Your Impact: As CFE Contract Analyst, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission, playing a key role in :

  1. Carry out the execution of contracts with the CFE until the final unification of rates for: a) the PDA (Project Development Agreement); and b) the TSA (Transportation Services Agreement)
  2. Prepare information and documentation to address requests, regular follow-up meetings / work tables / control tables with the CFE related to the Cuxtal II Project contract, to establish monitoring and control of actions that arise.
  3. Support the integration of files related to the contract, such as force majeure events
  4. Gathering information and documentation to integrate legal files for dispute resolution
  5. Documentary control for internal audits of the project, as well as CFE supervision until the start-up of the project

 

Requirements:

Education preferably in Laws, or Economics, Industrial Engineering, Degree in administration

Desirable experience in energy sector projects, preferably natural gas transportation, preferably with CFE

Desirable knowledge of Mexican energy regulation

Proven experience in management and control of rates and project contracts, preferably energy (oil & gas, natural gas transportation)

Microsoft Office advanced level  

Advanced Spanish

Advanced English
