Position Mission: Leading all Record to Report (RTR) activities within the GBS organization, ensuring accounting integrity, regulatory compliance, and the timely delivery of financial statements. This role ensures that all technical accounting and financial reporting aspects are aligned with local and international standards, corporate policies, and internal controls, adding high strategic value to the organization.
Your Impact: As Sr RTR Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:
- Supervise general accounting and financial reporting operations, including balance sheet and profit & loss (P&L) analysis for assigned business units.
- Ensure compliance with national accounting standards (NIF), international standards (IFRS, USGAAP), and corporate policies.
- Lead the monthly and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to established timelines (D+4).
- Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, as well as the delivery of mandatory reports established in the SLA for the CFO.
- Actively support client issue resolution and inquiries, ensuring data integrity and consistency in reported information.
- Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives within RTR processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial governance policies.
- Build and maintain a highly skilled, motivated, and results-driven accounting team.
- Coordinate with other GBS functions such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, Tax, Payroll, Real Estate, IT, and Procurement.
- Implement best-in-class accounting practices across the region.
- Participate in financial transformation projects, process migrations, and the implementation of new tools.
- This role operates in a global GBS environment, with frequent interaction with regional and corporate teams. It holds a high degree of autonomy for decision-making within its span of control and leads financial transformation initiatives through strategic projects and process migrations. Among these are

- Improvements in internal procedures and increased accounting effectiveness and efficiency
- Approval of the training program for team members
- Maintaining the quality standards of the service delivered

- Process changes involving areas outside their direct scope of responsibility
- Active collaboration with Global GBS teams to drive process standardization and automation
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred, ideally with a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (White Belt).

- What Will Make You Stand Out:
- 10–15 years of technical accounting experience, including at least 5 years in senior management roles.
- Experience in the services or energy industry preferred.
- Previous experience in Shared Services Centers or GBS environments is highly desirable.
