Position Mission: Analyze and create products and offers for the sales team, as well as execute and analyze risk management services to assure MexCom as a competitor in the Natural Gas National market.

  • Coordinate all request of offers in Sales Force to guarantee a fast and effective response to each request in a close collaboration with Sales & Upstream teams. Participate in offer negotiation with Sales team when necessary.
  • Cooperate in the risk management services execution, such as fixed price transactions to extend MexCom’s competitiveness and P&L. Analyze and execute transaction with GEMS US trading team, as well as administrate and verify each client eligibility for the service and finally report the transactions in the corresponding tool(s). Propose any implement improvements and changes (if necessary) in coordination with the Gas Commercial Manager.
  • Take part in the process of creation of new products, client, and pricing analysis.
  • Coordinate renewal contract conditions of current clients. Conciliate possible contract changes with Regional Sales Officers, request authorization and notify Supply Gas Operations and Industrial Customer Service team new conditions for each client.
  • Collaborate to the monitoring of competition and external environment
  • Create and generate KPIs reports track activities, improve response times, and guarantee the best service to our clients
  • Collaborate on the digitalization of the commercial activities to support portfolio growth

Requirements: To join our team as [Job Title], we are looking for:

Education and Experience: Education requirement Administrative, Accounting or Business and experience at least 5 years in energy-trading sector as the similar position.

 

  • Technical Skills: MS Office (mainly Excel).  Natural gas tracking platforms (ICE, Platts, Bloomberg (basic)), Laws, directives, norms, rules and fundamentals of the natural gas market and products that are being marketed for B2B segment in Mexico. Data Managing Tools
  • Key Competencies: Negotiation, teamwork, communication, collaboration, organization, conflict resolution, stress resistance, problem solving, customer centricity, analytical skill
  • Languages: Spanish and English (advanced level)
