Position Mission: To Automate and optimize business processes within the commercial operations area, with a strong focus on data centralization and mega data processing. This role leverages technology and analytics tools to provide accurate, timely, and actionable information, supporting strategic decision making and operational efficiency across the organization.
Your Impact: As Performance and Automation Leader, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:
- Map and analyze business processes within commercial operations, including scheduling, contracts, and reporting. This involves documenting workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and benchmarking against best practices. The outcome is a clear understanding of existing processes, identification of areas for improvement, and reduction of operational errors.
- Automate customer collecting data processes and submissions to optimize billing, contract management and customer service functions. Centralize and manage operational data across the commercial operations area, focusing on reporting and data consolidation. Responsibilities include consolidating data from multiple sources, designing dashboards and databases, and ensuring data quality and accessibility. This creates a single source of truth for key metrics, enabling faster, more accurate, and data-driven decision-making.
- Automate reporting and operational tasks within reporting and analytics functions. Implement automation tools such as Power BI, Python scripts, and other technologies to streamline recurring reports and data processes. This reduces manual work, increases efficiency, and delivers timely insights for leadership to act upon.
- Support decision-making through analytics in strategic and operational areas. Analyze operational and commercial data, generate actionable recommendations, and present findings to leadership. This ensures informed, data-driven decisions that enhance operational performance and overall business outcomes.
- Develop and mentor team members in team development and leadership. Guide supervisors, share best practices, and provide training opportunities to foster skill development. This strengthens team capabilities, prepares potential successors, and increases engagement across the area.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across commercial operations to optimize efficiency. Identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and coordinate implementation with stakeholders. This leads to streamlined processes, higher productivity, and better alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements: To join our team as Performance and Automation Leader, we are looking for:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Actuary, Data Science or related. And 7 years But a very good profile with less experience can be considered.
