Position Mission: GBS Finance is deploying KPI and challenges the performance of Noram & Latam entities. The  Performance & KPI Officer is responsible for tracking and collecting the performance (savings, automation, efficiency, etc.), guaranteeing the reliability of the KPIs and the accuracy of the data, supporting the managers in understanding and monitoring their KPI & Performance, ensuring the global consolidation of the KPI & Performance for SL Finance

 

Your Impact: As Performance & KPI Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:

 

  • Collect financial data (MTP) from the controlling team in order to assess financial KPI and prepare the future charging model
  • Ensure to collect the budget/MTP breakdown by costs / budget lines
  • Ensure to collect FTE (Forecast and actuals, monthly report)
  • Split budget, estimates and FTE by tower (AP, GA, AR, Treasury)
  • Identify operating costs and overheads
  • Guarantee / accountable of business rules for the Global Performance & KPI Team
  • Lead KPI process for Noram & Latam (Assessment, running and follow up action plan)
  • Track, monitor and assess performance actions
  • Challenge managers
  • Alert Global Performance Team on deviation of KPI / performance
  • Synchronize with controlling team

 

Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in finance and/or financial planning

  • Education and Experience: Auditor Accountant and/or Business Administration, with specialization or postgraduate degree in Finance or Financial Planning and Control.

 

  • Technical Skills: 
  • In-depth knowledge of Planning and Control activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel and Finance.
  • MSOffice Advanced Level.
  • Comfortable with IT tools
  • Knowledge in pricing
  • Functional knowledge (AP, AR, GA, Treasury)
