Position Mission: We are seeking an experienced and proactive PM (Project Manager) to manage projects with regional IT teams and IT global organization. This position is key to managing technical and organizational transformation projects within the region. Within the Shared Service team in the Network & Cy-bersecurity division, the Network & Cybersecurity Project Manager (F/H/X) is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of projects related to telecom, network and security.

 

Requirements: 

  • Planning and Project Management: Define the objectives, deadlines, risks and budgets of telecom, network and cybersecurity projects. Coordinate technical teams and moni-tor projects until completion. 
  • Agile Methodology: Lead the project team in utilizing a basic Kanban agile method to manage and prioritize workload. Facilitate regular agile meetings and contribute to the agile process.
  • Change Management: Define the change organization and planning with the various stakeholders, whether for implementation or validation (i.e. functional tests with the business units). Ensure compliance with the change management process and present the changes in the CAB (Change Advisory Board) for successful production deployment.
  • Integration Management: lead technical changes, potentially during off-hours, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment within the team, with other Local & regional teams, as well as with global teams (Project Portfolio Manager, Project Man-agement Officer, etc.).
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on delivery performance, and other key metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Technology Watch: Stay informed of the latest trends and threats in cybersecurity.

 

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • CISCO Viptela / Meraki
  • Fortinet
  • Monitoring and supervision tools : Spectrum, Cacti.
  • Ticketing systems (ITSM).

 

  • Key Competencies:
  • Qualifications in Agile, PMI, Nice to have Prince2 or any other project management methodology.
  • Strong experience in managing telecom, network and cybersecurity projects in an "Agile" environment, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • IT Industry knowledge and expertise.

 

  • Languages: Spanich & Advanced English

  • Reporting: Proficiency in preparing detailed and accurate reports. Ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way to stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Good organizational skills, Self-starter and quick learner, Manages resources and time effectively.
