Position Mission: Collect, analyze, and evaluate relevant information to identify and mitigate security risks that may affect the company. The generation of information should provide added value that supports the protection of assets, business continuity, and personnel safety.

Your Impact: As Intelligence analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute directly to our mission by performing the following key functions:

Obtain and analyze data from various sources, including security reports, internal and external databases, and open sources.

Monitor and assess potential and emerging threats that could impact the company's security.

Conduct risk and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.

Prepare detailed intelligence reports and useful presentations that contribute to the development of the security strategy and timely alerting for business continuity.

Work closely with the Intelligence team and Engie Mexico to promote collaborative work and the development of synergies that facilitate the mitigation and handling of security incidents.

Generate useful information that promotes the continuous improvement of the company's security policies and protection systems.

Make contributions to the design of training and awareness programs on security for employees.

Propose new methodologies for the collection and analysis of intelligence data.

Requirements: To join our team as Intelligence analyst, we are looking for:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Security, Political Science, International Relations, Criminology, Communication, Journalism, Data Science.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to analyze large volumes of data and extract relevant conclusions. Critical thinking. Analytical and synthesis skills to transform information into useful knowledge for risk mitigation and business continuity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to assess complex situations and generate reports with added value. Experience in using intelligence and data mining tools and software. Proactiveness in identifying improvement opportunities and taking action before they become problems. Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and hierarchical levels. Basic knowledge of best practices in corporate security and cybersecurity. Basic knowledge of the political, social, and security context of Mexico and the region. Knowledge of risk analysis methodology and development of mitigation strategies.
