Mission
As Coordinador de Admin y Control de Costos, your mission will be to manage and ensure budget control and financial follow-up for Engie México Mantenimiento de Redes (EMMRE), guaranteeing the proper planning, recording and analysis of costs and expenses (OPEX/CAPEX) and the integrity of information for decision-making.

 

Your impact

You will contribute directly to our mission by performing key functions such as:

  • Structuring and managing the planning, control and cost analysis of EMMRE, ensuring OPEX/CAPEX visibility, proper accounting allocation and budget traceability.
  • Reviewing and consolidating financial information (OPEX/CAPEX) for reports and presentations, ensuring consistency between execution, budget and Best Estimate.
  • Monitoring budget control and key variances versus budget and forecast, preparing reports, variance explanations and closing scenarios.
  • Managing the financial-administrative cost cycle, including budget and forecast management, invoice validation and registration, provisions, contract administration and REPSE compliance verification.
  • Collaborating with FP&A and Accounting/GBS during monthly closing processes by providing information and variance analysis to support financial reporting.

 

 

Requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration or Finance.
3-5 years of experience in cost control, preferably managing financial control of operating costs and/or large construction projects. Experience in the sector is preferred.
Technical Skills: Intermediate SAP, Intermediate Microsoft Office, Basic Accounting, Financial Knowledge, desirable knowledge of cost control according to PMI or AACE, desirable knowledge of Power BI.

Key Competencies: Attention to detail, organization, goal-oriented mindset, proactive attitude and effective communication.
Languages: English 80%.
