What you will do:

ENGIE IT’s transversal team oversees the coordination and standardization of ITIL processes across all departments. As part of our internal growth strategy, we are recruiting a Change Management Coordinator to take operational responsibility for the Change Management process.

Previously handled externally, this role is now being internalized within our Romanian branch to strengthen team ownership, ensure process continuity, and build long-term engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and lead Change Advisory Boards (CAB) for critical changes.
  • Independently assess and validate lower-impact changes.
  • Verify compliance and completeness of change requests.
  • Support contributors in performing impact and risk analyses.
  • Clearly articulate change scope and business implications for all stakeholders.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for the Change Management process.
  • Promote best practices across internal teams, partners, and service providers.
  • Act as a liaison between operational teams and Business Process Owners (BPO) / Managers (BPM).
  • Lead awareness sessions and training related to process updates and ITSM tooling.
  • Organize and facilitate Post Implementation Review (PIR) sessions.
  • Consolidate feedback and help identify lessons learned from impactful changes.
  • Review and close eligible change records.
  • Coordinate technical contributors to investigate incidents related to changes.
  • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements.
  • Update or develop workflows to align with business needs.
  • Maintain and enhance the change request catalog.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation efforts.
  • Participate in the weekly Operations Committee (COMOP) and represent Change Management.
  • Prepare and present activity reports to ENGIE IT management, in French and/or English.
  • Provide strategic insights into change-related performance and process health.
