Main Responsibilities:

Support in monitoring training plans: Managing schedules, updating tracking documents, and communicating with teams.

Assistance with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives: Participating in cross-functional projects to strengthen an inclusive culture.

Organizing internal events: Preparing and coordinating seminars, team-building activities, and other company events.

Writing internal HR communications: Creating clear and engaging content for emails, newsletters, and other internal materials.

Designing and distributing internal communication materials: Graphic design, posting visuals, and updating the intranet.

Supporting external actions to promote the Employer Value Proposition: Assisting with recruitment campaigns and partnerships with educational institutions.

Reviewing, writing, and updating HR processes.
This internship is for you if:

You are a Master’s or Bachelor’s student in Human Resources Development or a related field;

You have a strong command of both French and English, written and spoken;

You are proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint;

You have knowledge of HR functions and Project Management;
-
You are meticulous, adaptable, and have good teaching/explaining skills;
-
You are autonomous and organized, with strong interpersonal skills;
-
You can work well in a team, in a dynamic, international, and constantly evolving environment.
