ENGIE is hiring an Office Manager for ENGIE Services, Egypt based in Cairo.

Mission:

Reporting to the General Manager of ENGIE Services Egypt, This position will be responsible for the daily management of the office operations for ENGIE Services Egypt, assisting with the accounting, administrative and legal tasks.

Activities:

The Office Manager will organize office operations and procedures in coordination with regional (North Africa) Head Office under the leadership of the General Manager of ENGIE Services Egypt.

Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored

 

Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office

 

Education:

Associate's degree in related field; Bachelor’s degree if required by state.

Experience & Skills:

  • 7-10 years of Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Demonstrated skills with motivating team and driving results to meet goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect information from different sources.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. You should be adepted at problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Experience processing invoices
  • Experience processing timekeeping or administrative records
  • Experience managing travel requests and reimbursements
  • Demonstrated ability to compose and create written communications and presentations
