Mission

Manage and oversee the construction activities of assigned projects, getting involved during the final stages of development and being responsible until the proper and complete handover to the O&M teams.

  • Execute the assigned project based on the established Construction Plan.
  • Coordinate the resources assigned for the execution of the works.
  • Verify all Health and Safety aspects related to the execution of the works.
  • Daily processing of the Site Diary.
  • Verify the progress of the works according to the assigned schedule.
  • Support the coordination of site meetings and process the Project Progress Report.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper execution and commissioning of the project.
  • Control and supervise subcontractors and the quality of the work performed.
  • Manage the team under their responsibility.
  • Guarantee compliance with deadlines and budget.
  • Actively promote high standards of safety, quality, and environmental management during construction.
  • Plan the project, seeking optimization and improvement of timelines and costs.
  • Coordinate with various subcontractors, paying special attention to potential interferences.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for both direct reporting lines and the Group.
  • Organize and lead follow-up meetings, both internal and with subcontractors.
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance with policies on Safety and Hygiene, Diversity, Cybersecurity, Environment, Sustainability, Ethics and Compliance, as well as the procedures and processes defined by the organization.
  • Manage and develop the assigned human team, maximizing their contribution to the organization. Collaborate in defining and implementing the Corporate Culture.
  • These responsibilities may be carried out in full or in part by the person holding this position, without prejudice to any other tasks that may be assigned according to their qualifications, training, and experience.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • Mandatory training in project management, planning, and cost control.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
  • 3 to 5 years in photovoltaic plant construction.
  • Experience in Wind farm construction is a plus.
  • Intermediate to high level of English.
