Senior Technician, Operation & Maintenance (Utilities)

Operate the compressed air plant (consists of air compressors, air dryers, and other auxiliary) at client site in effective and safe manners to fulfill the contractual production capacity.
Maintain the compressed air plant’s equipment to fulfill or exceed the contractual efficiency and availability.
Perform routine activities (daily operational checks and planned preventive maintenance).
Maintain spares inventory at site.
Perform safety briefing to stakeholders, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and supervise vendors’ jobs at site adhering to Engie’s and client’s HSE Policies.
Troubleshoot O&M related problems.
Continuously improve O&M systems.
Interface with client representatives on O&M related issues.
Jointly prepare pressure vessel for DOSH inspection.
Timely and proactively escalate site O&M issues to site manager for resolution and prepare monthly reports.
