Context:

In this context, the Global BESS Digital Team is set-up to support BESS development & accelerate growth by building strong digital and technological products and operationalize an ambitious digital transformation roadmap.
Role:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Data Engineer/Data Scientist Intern to join our Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Digital Team. The intern will play a crucial role in building and testing advanced models to improve battery operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and contribute to the optimization of energy storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and test advanced data models to enhance battery performance and operations.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into existing systems.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Conduct research on the latest advancements in data science and battery technology to inform model development.
- Document methodologies, processes, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
